Full Slick’s ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however Full Slick cannot guarantee this. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in Full Slick store can differ from their actual colors. Full Slick cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
All prices in Full Slick web store are stated in EUR. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Dutch VAT. (21%)
Full Slick reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
Full Slick accepts payment by Ideal and Pay Pal. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We accept PayPal and Ideal for the security they provide for both parts in a transaction. We do not accept Credit Card payment(s).
After completing the checkout and payment process, customers using Ideal and Paypal willautomatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Non EU Customers
All our prices include 21% VAT (Dutch tax). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Full Slick will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
You have the right to return the goods you ordered on The Full Slick web shop within 14 days after receiving the goods. We only accept returns if you return the goods with all delivered accessories and tags and in the original condition and packaging. Unpacking or fitting the product before returning is only acceptable to the extent that it is necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the product or not. Please note that we won’t accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.
You must also return the original invoice. The cost of the merchandise (except shipping /duty and other costs that the moment of purchase ) will be refunded if all demands are met. We will return the amount of the payment for the goods as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 30 days after we have received your return.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to to reserve a replacement before returning the goods. The shipping costs for the new item and eventual custom or import taxes are at your own expense. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods

Feedback and complaints policy
We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our Customer Services Team stating clearly that you are making a complaint.
